Ministry Areas of Responsibility: Visitation & Outreach, Seniors Ministry, First Impression Ministry (FIM), Fellowship
and Hospitality (F&H), Family Health and Wellness, Zarephath Pantry.
- Visitation & Outreach – Ensure that those homebound, in hospital or at home recovering, or those grieving are intentionally attended to as well as a continuous schedule of visitation of members and adherents as a part of the overall pastoral care efforts
- Senior’s Ministry – Ministry to the seniors in our church and the wider community through relevant programmes, inclusivity in worship and fellowship activities, as well as occasional outings to places of interest.
- First Impressions Ministry (FIM) – Develop ways to help visitors feel welcomed and encourage the building of relationships with members and adherents. Develop a Care program for new members and a follow up process for new adherents as a part of the welcoming plan of the church.
- Fellowship and Hospitality (F&H) – Deepen the faith community’s awareness with events that energize and celebrate the life and spirit of all within the church. Partner with Worship Planning to ensure that the Worship Service and the Fellowship and Hospitality efforts are linked in meaningful ways.
Host a weekly After Church Fellowship following the morning Service, focused on helping returning church visitors /adherents to feel ‘at home’ and connect with areas of ministry within the church they can get involved in.
- Family Health and Wellness – TBC
- Zarepath Pantry – Offer practical support and care to members of our church and the wider community to alleviate the various needs that individuals and families This is based on the donations from the congregants through offerings of cash and kind
